Aluzinc Steel Coil (GL)

● The Aluminum-Zinc Coated Steel Coil is a high-performance, corrosion-resistant steel product. Its coating consists of approximately 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon. This alloy coating combines the superior corrosion resistance and heat resistance of aluminum with the galvanic protection of zinc. Its service life can be 2 to 6 times longer than that of standard galvanized steel under comparable conditions. The product features a distinctive bright, spangled appearance and offers good heat resistance and thermal reflectivity. It is widely used for roofs and walls in industrial plants and storage facilities, as well as in heat-resistant components like ovens and automotive exhaust systems, representing a cost-effective protective solution.Galvalume steel coil (typically with 55% Al-Zn alloy coating) offers excellent overall performance, with corrosion resistance 2-4 times that of regular galvanized steel of comparable coating weight, along with good heat resistance.
