The past year has witnessed a remarkable transformation for Aoguan Thin Steel. Over the course of a full year, we have made a substantial investment to carry out an unprecedented upgrade to our production facilities.
We completed in-depth technical renovations on the 1st Galvanizing Line, 2nd Galvanizing Line and 2nd Coating Line. We also introduced world-class high-precision online inspection systems, lifting our equipment control accuracy to the cutting-edge level.
Meanwhile, we recruited senior technical personnel and industry experts from large state-owned enterprises. Thanks to the combination of advanced hardware and professional expertise, we are proud to announce that Aoguan Cleanroom Panels are fully ready for mass production and officially launched today. This achievement stems from the integration of top-tier talents and premium facilities, and it belongs to every member of the Aoguan team.

Taking this opportunity, Aoguan Thin Steel officially presents our flagship product — Aoguan Cleanroom Panels, which are now available for sale nationwide.
Tailored for high-end medical care, biopharmaceuticals, precision electronics, food processing and other industries, these panels are manufactured in strict accordance with Aoguan’s technical standards on newly upgraded production lines. We stand ready to support all partners to expand the coated cleanroom panel market with our competitive products.

Consistent Color Appearance Permanently
Equipped with high-precision color difference inspection systems, we keep the color difference strictly within 0.3. All products are monitored against standard samples throughout their service life to ensure no color deviation over time.
Ultra-smooth Panel Surface
The camber is controlled at ≤0.3 and wave height ≤2mm. Every 3-meter section is inspected on a glass platform to eliminate edge waves, middle waves and dents, delivering a perfectly flat surface just like a mirror.
Industry-leading Film Thickness
We refuse to compete with inferior products featuring thin coatings. Aoguan Cleanroom Panels adopt premium thick film coatings. Superior materials build up our core competitiveness and make counterfeiting extremely difficult.
Exclusive Traceability Code
To combat counterfeiting, we apply our unique identification codes on the back of each product. Serving as both anti-counterfeit marks and quality tracking codes, these codes enable real-time positioning throughout the whole supply chain and effectively eradicate fake and shoddy goods.
Strict Quality Control: Double Inspection & Triple Checkpoints
Premium products come from rigorous manufacturing. To avoid missing minor defects, we implement a stringent double-inspection system with three key checkpoints:
- Mutual inspection by two dedicated quality inspectors on the production line.
- Final laboratory testing: Every coil will undergo a full set of performance tests after production.
We maintain complete files for all raw material coils. Any problems can be located and solved promptly to free customers from worries.
360° Heavy-duty Packaging
We adopt upgraded packaging standards for galvanized products: outer cover made of new galvanized sheet above 0.5mm, 0.8mm thickened protective rings, custom side guards printed with the Aoguan logo, as well as full-range anti-collision paper corners and fiberboards. Products are fastened with steel belts in a four-vertical and four-horizontal layout to guarantee intact delivery.
Full-lifecycle After-sales Service
Our commitment extends beyond product delivery. Our professional sales and technical teams provide full-lifecycle after-sales support. In the coming year, we will continue to increase investment in capital and technology to upgrade the remaining production lines. The renovation of the 1st Coating Line has already started, carried out by the industry’s most professional engineering team and scheduled for completion by the end of May. The 1st Galvanizing Line is also undergoing a second round of upgrading, to ensure all production lines are capable of manufacturing high-end customized coated panels. Leveraging the advantages of our cleanroom-grade galvanized substrates, we will lift the overall quality of our full product range.
